Where did

Art Giggles

come from?

Art Giggles is the brainchild of   Dr. Dena Nikkol Paulding, a personal and professional artist native to Charlotte, N.C., whose collection and instruction has been well received in many cities through out the east coast.

"I'm dedicated to giving quality service at a reasonable cost in hopes that our diverse community will enjoy being  exposed to the world of visual arts... just a little more."

Dena holds several degrees in Fine Arts  and  a PhD. in Health Psychology . She enjoyed being mentored by artists Arcenia Davis, Roland Watt, and Dr. John Biggers whom she met during her undergraduate years at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina.

Dena has received many accolades and is most proud of Charlotte Magazine's Best of the Best and the 2007 Spirit of Charlotte award given for  pioneering the only "stand alone" arts program for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte Association, which is currently housed at the Johnston YMCA, located in the Historic NODA district.
